I was deep in thought about this issue, when in comes Mr. Nhan Tran, who was all smiles and so friendly, I forgot my worries. I explained briefly about needing to repair or replace my current hearing aides and Mr. Tran and I chatted and then he took the aides and left the room. Such an awesome staff whom are personable and knowledgeable in the field. I’m young so it’s hard to find an audiologist that isn’t there to rack up money from old folks. They helped me make an affordable hearing aid purchase which is definitely hard to come across as a 20something year old.
