I went in to the office to repair or replace my 7 year old hiring aides that had stopped working. Knowing how expensive it would be to replace them, I was bummed thinking of the dent in my wallet, just prior to the holidays.
I was deep in thought about this issue, when in comes Mr. Nhan Tran, who was all smiles and so friendly, I forgot my worries.  I explained briefly about needing to repair or replace my current hearing aides and Mr. Tran and I chatted and then he took the aides and left the room.  He was gone no more than 3 minutes when he returned all smiles and said they are working fine, now, and handed them to me. I put them on and sure enough, they were working great. I don’t know what magic he worked, but he said they just needed a good cleaning and he didn’t charge me anything!!! I wanted to treat him to lunch, but he humbly declined. It is people like Mr. Tran that make this world a better place. He obviously could have charged for an office visit and for his time, but he did neither. I will definitely be using OHC for all future hearing needs for myself and my family.
