I am applying for a job and the quicker I complete the application requirements, the sooner I can begin work. I called Jacqui on Thursday for an Audio test and she was able to work me in on Friday. I am so grateful that OHC understood my plight and now I can start my new job next week. The test was performed in the doctor's office, not in a sound proof claustrophobia inducing portable room. I have hearing aides and thought I would need the sound proof room, but I could hear better because his machine goes in the ear, not over it. Dr. Tran is so friendly and explained my results in easily understandable terms. OHC is a great place for hearing needs for family and kupuna.

Mr. Nhan is very good and keeps it simple for me to understand. At my age of 68 I wasn't sure or convinced of this new technology. After trying the cheaper ones from costco for a few months, I wanted a better one for both ears. He explained and after deciding which one I should get based on my budget, he molded my ears to get a perfect fit and after a few days it was ready for me to try on. It fitting well and after my trial weeks I was very pleased and got them. It's been over a year now and he always wants me to come back from free cleaning and any questions I have all free. Been seeing every three to four months for free cleaning and advice I need. I highly recommend his service above all other hearing aids services…

Dr. Tran was wonderful to talk with and is considerate. I went to OHC to repair or replace my hearing aides, knowing it would probably be expensive to do either. But, Dr. Tran took care of the problem in under 3 minutes by cleaning them well and replacing the batteries, both of which I had tried. And, Dr. Tran did it for free! He wouldn't even let me buy him lunch. In these financially hard times, it is nice to see that there are service providers out there that are kind and not monetarily driven. So, if you need help hearing care, I highly recommend OHC and Dr. Tran.

I went in to the office to repair or replace my 7 year old hiring aides that had stopped working. Knowing how expensive it would be to replace them, I was bummed thinking of the dent in my wallet, just prior to the holidays.
I was deep in thought about this issue, when in comes Mr. Nhan Tran, who was all smiles and so friendly, I forgot my worries. I explained briefly about needing to repair or replace my current hearing aides and Mr. Tran and I chatted and then he took the aides and left the room. He was gone no more than 3 minutes when he returned all smiles and said they are working fine, now, and handed them to me. I put them on and sure enough, they were working great. I don’t know what magic he worked, but he said they just needed a good cleaning and he didn’t charge me anything!!! I wanted to treat him to lunch, but he humbly declined. It is people like Mr. Tran that make this world a better place. He obviously could have charged for an office visit and for his time, but he did neither. I will definitely be using OHC for all future hearing needs for myself and my family.

Such an awesome staff whom are personable and knowledgeable in the field. I’m young so it’s hard to find an audiologist that isn’t there to rack up money from old folks. They helped me make an affordable hearing aid purchase which is definitely hard to come across as a 20something year old.
